All praise is due to Allah SWT who has bestowed upon us the blessings of physical and spiritual health, and the knowledge that enabled us to complete the compilation of Jurnal Ilmiah Farmasi Farmasyifa Volume 8, Number 1. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad SAW, the exemplary human being whose character is the most righteous and praiseworthy on this earth. We also extend our salutations to his family, companions, and followers, as well as to all Muslims until the end of time.

Jurnal Ilmiah Farmasi Farmasyifa is present in Indonesia to enrich the development of pharmaceutical sciences in the country. It is hoped that this journal can serve as a bridge of knowledge between the academic world, practitioners, and the general public regarding the development and application of pharmaceutical sciences in Indonesia.

This issue has been available online since February 2025. Authors from various regions in Indonesia wrote all the articles in this issue (9 original research articles), and they cover various topics related to pharmacy in their respective regions.
