Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance at PT. This research is motivated by the unstable performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? How is the work motivation of employees at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? How is the performance of employees at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? How big is the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? How much influence does motivation have on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? How big is the influence of emotional intelligence and motivation on employee performance at PT. The population selected in this study were employees of PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran with a total of 183 employees. With the sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling, the number of research samples was obtained as many as 65 employees.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ketidakstabilan kinerja karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? Bagaimana motivasi kerja karyawan di PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? Bagaimana kinerja karyawan di PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? Seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? Seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran? Seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Plant Banjaran yang berjumlah 183 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 karyawan.
