Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Creative Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. AHRS

Abstrak. Dengan berkembangnya industri kreatif tentunya menuntut organisasi untuk menjadikan karyawannya semakin kreatif baik secara perorangan ataupun tim. Pentingnya peran pimpinan dalam organisasi akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas hasil dari kinerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan. Salah satu yang harus diperhatikan oleh pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan melihat creative self-efficacy yang dimiliki karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode penarikan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. AHRS yang berjumlah 68 karyawan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan, creative self-efficacy, dan kinerja karyawan di PT. AHRS termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. AHRS. 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara creative self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. AHRS. 4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan creative self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. AHRS.
Abstract. The development of the creative industry, of course, requires organizations to make their employees more creative, both individually and as a team. The importance of the leadership role in the organization will greatly affect the quality of the performance results carried out by employees. One thing that must be considered by leaders in improving employee performance is to look at the creative self-efficacy of employees. This research uses descriptive and verification methods using a quantitative approach and operates the calculations using SPSS 25. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observation, and literature study. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling using a saturated sampling technique. Respondents in this study were employees at PT. AHRS totaled 68 employees. The results of the study found that: 1) leadership style, creative self-efficacy, and employee performance at PT. AHRS is included in the good category. 2) there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style on employee performance at PT. AHRS. 3) there is a significant and positive influence between creative self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. AHRS. 4) there is a significant and positive influence between leadership style and creative self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. AHRS.
