This causes the Flownesian community to experience ups and downs in live art activities due to limited facilities and infrastructure in welcoming digital live art performances. The Flownesian community is a youth community that has an interest in flowart, martial arts, and digital art with traditional and modern concepts. This paper is expected to open a new opportunities by the government, especially the creation of a digital platform program that supports the development of the youth art community in Yogyakarta. This research uses the netnographic method, which is to do research virtually to see the development of discourse on digital live art facilities on the Kemenparekraf and LiveArtUK art platforms. Based on the results of the analysis are: a digital live art platform is needed that is also able to bridge the creativity of artists, open discussion rooms, provide dance labs, and design adequate infrastructure for online performances. The internet empowered platform is like an official discussion group under the direct supervision of the central government.
