Persepsi Ketidakamanan Kerja pada Karyawan Swasta: Modal Psikologis sebagai Faktor Protektif

Pembatasan mobilitas masyarakat di masa pandemi covid-19 telah menyebabkan penuruan performa ekonomi dunia. Karyawan di perusahaan swasta menjadi salah satu yang paling terdampak dengan ancaman efisiensi organisasi melalui pemutusan hubungan kerja. Sumberdaya personal menjadi faktor yang penting untuk menjaga kesehatan mental karyawan di tengah ancaman yang hadir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran modal psikologis sebagai sumberdaya personal terhadap persepsi ketidakamanan kerja pada karyawan di instansi swasta. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui pengambilan data pada 100 sampel karyawan swasta di Indonesia. Teknik analisis regresi sederhanan digunakan untuk melihat peran variabel bebas terhadap variabel tergantung. Hasil uji hipotesis mengkonfirmasi peran modal psikologis terhadap persepsi ketidakmanan kerja (p<0,05). Di mana modal psikologis mampu memprediksi ketidakamanan kerja sebesar 8,6%. Secara umum, melalui analisis tingkat ketidakamanan kerja, mayoritas responden memiliki persepsi ketidakamanan kerja yang sedang (59%) dan tinggi (11%). Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa karyawan dengan modal psikologis yang tinggi cenderung memiliki tingkat ketidakamanan kerja yang rendah.
