Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat mempengaruhi aktivitas organisasi kesehatan dan diharapkan dapat mendorong kinerja rumah sakit menjadi lebih baik. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan terkait perkembangan teknologi adalah melalui knowledge sharing. Pengukuran dari sudut pandang pengguna berdasarkan kualitas sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit menggunakan metode e service quality. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing dan e-service quality sistem informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di rumah sakit syariah yang telah mengikuti aturan global budget di Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Informasi dikumpulkan langsung dari lapangan untuk mengetahui pendapat dari responden terhadap objek yang sedang diteliti. Data penelitian bersumber dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner data itu diolah, dianalisis, dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan dengan menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel knowledge sharing dan e-service quality baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan besaran pengaruh moderat.
