Abstract

Abstract. Since 2019 PT. X has set a coal mining production target of the target required by the owner company of 70,000 tons/month and a stripping ratio of 2 BCM/ton. With this production target value, mining planning and phasing must be optimized through coal mining production scheduling. Therefore, it is necessary to make a mining production plan based on the production target value and the predetermined stripping ratio value.This activity is carried out to design the mining design to match the production target and stripping ratio set by the company. So it takes the number of capabilities of the tools used, making equipment that is in accordance with production targets and production factor values, as well as pit design and mining scheduling in accordance with the company's production targets. Data retrieval is carried out in the form of tool and transportation working time, volume of material that can be unloaded and transported so as to produce tool productivity and work efficiency parameters in order to be able to estimate the number of tools used. Based on the calculation of the available loading and unloading tools, the production target can be obtained in April, May and June for overburden ranging from 114,000 BCM, 122,953 BCM and 186,713 BCM. For coal 57,400 tons, 61,500 tons and 92,854 tons.

Abstrak. Sejak tahun 2019 PT. X menentukan target produksi penambangan batubara dari target yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan owner sebesar 70.000 ton/bulan dan stripping ratio 2 BCM/ton. Dengan nilai target produksi tersebut, maka penentuan perencanaan dan pentahapan penambangan harus dioptimalkan salah satunya melalui penjadwalan produksi penambangan batubara. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibuat perencanaan produksi penambangan batubara berdasarkan nilai target produksi dan nilai stripping ratio yang sudah ditetapkan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk merancang desain penambangan agar sesuai dengan target produksi serta nilai stripping ratio yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan. Sehingga dibutuhkan pengamatan kemampuan alat yang digunakan, penentuan jumlah peralatan yang sesuai dengan target produksi dan nilai match factor, serta penentuan desain pit dan penjadwalan penambangan yang sesuai dengan target produksi perusahaan. Pengambilan data yang dilakukan berupa waktu kerja alat muat dan angkut, volume material yang dapat di bongkar dan diangkut sehingga menghasilkan produktifitas alat serta parameter penentuan efisiensi kerja agar dapat merencanakan cadangan terkira, jumlah alat yang digunakan. Berdasarkan perhitungan produksi alat muat yang sudah tersedia, maka target produksi yang dapat diperoleh pada bulan April, mei dan Juni untuk overburden berkisar di 114.000 BCM, 122.953 BCM dan 186.713 BCM. Untuk batubara 57.400 ton, 61.500 ton dan 92.854 ton.
