Abstract

Abstrak. CV JPRO adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pertambangan, khususnya dalam produksi andesit di Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat, yang didirikan pada tahun 2010. Perusahaan ini memproduksi andesit dengan berbagai ukuran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembangunan, baik lokal maupun di luar daerah, seperti proyek gedung, jalan raya, dan proyek besar seperti jalan tol trans Jawa. Untuk meningkatkan produksinya hingga 10.000 ton per bulan, CV JPRO merancang crushing plant yang terdiri dari empat tahapan pengolahan: pengumpanan dengan vibrating feeder, primary crushing dengan jaw crusher, secondary crushing dengan cone crusher, dan sizing dengan vibrating screen, serta didukung oleh alat seperti hopper dan belt conveyor. Dengan kapasitas 400 ton per jam, crushing plant ini menghasilkan tiga jenis produk akhir, yaitu split 2, split 3, dan abu batu, dengan target produksi harian mencapai 394,76 ton.

Abstract. CV JPRO is a company engaged in the mining industry, particularly in the production of andesite in Subang Regency, West Java, which was established in 2010. The company produces andesite of various sizes to meet development needs, both locally and outside the region, such as building projects, highways, and large projects such as the trans Java toll road. To increase its production to 10,000 tons per month, CV JPRO designed a crushing plant consisting of four processing stages: feeding with a vibrating feeder, primary crushing with a jaw crusher, secondary crushing with a cone crusher, and sizing with a vibrating screen, and supported by tools such as hoppers and belt conveyors. With a capacity of 400 tons per hour, this crushing plant produces three types of final products, namely split 2, split 3, and stone ash, with a daily production target of 394.76 tons.
