Abstract

Abstract. PT Ombah Group Indonesia is a maggot cultivation company that relies on food waste as its raw material, sourced from waste suppliers. The company also collaborates with partners to obtain maggot supplies in addition to cultivating them. Currently, the company's data management system is manual, using physical documents, which leads to inefficiencies in information accessibility and a high risk of human errors. Therefore, the implementation of an information system in maggot cultivation is necessary to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall supply chain. This research focuses on designing an information system for the maggot cultivation supply chain at PT Ombah Group Indonesia. The study employs the FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques) method with a Commercial Application Package implementation strategy. The method comprises seven stages: requirement analysis, decision analysis, business process design, physical design, installation and customization, construction and testing, and delivery. Based on the system design using Odoo software, the new system provides improvements such as enhanced sales performance and raw material collection through the designed website. Additionally, the company can efficiently record all sales and purchase transactions, from quotations and sales orders to invoices, and inventory tracking in both raw material warehouses and finished goods. Through this system, PT Ombah Group Indonesia can easily compile financial summaries, replacing manual calculations and the use of vulnerable physical documents.

Abstrak. PT Ombah Group Indonesia merupakan perusahaan budidaya maggot. Bahan baku yang diperlukan yaitu sampah sisa makanan yang didapat dari pemasok sampah. Perusahaan ini juga menjalin kerja sama dengan mitra untuk mendapatkan pasokan maggot selain dari hasil budidaya. Saat ini sistem pendataan di perusahaan masih dilakukan manual menggunakan dokumen fisik sehingga kurang efisien dalam aksesibilitas informasi dan memiliki tingkat risiko kesalahan manusia yang tinggi. Maka, diperlukan penerapan sistem informasi dalam budidaya maggot untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperbaiki rantai pasok secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan sistem informasi rantai pasok budidaya maggot di PT Ombah Group Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Techniques) dengan strategi implementasi Commercial Aplication Package. Metode ini terdiri dari tujuh tahap yaitu analisis persyaratan, analisis keputusan, desain proses bisnis, desain fisik, pemasangan dan kustomisasi, konstruksi dan pengujian, dan penyampaian. Berdasarkan perancangan sistem dengan software Odoo, sistem yang baru dapat memberikan perbaikan meliputi peningkatkan kinerja penjualan dan pengumpulan bahan baku melalui website yang telah dirancang. Selain itu, perusahaan dapat lebih efisien dalam mencatat seluruh transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, mulai dari penawaran, pesanan penjualan, faktur, hingga pencatatan stok di gudang bahan baku dan barang jadi. Melalui sistem ini juga PT Ombah Group Indonesia dapat dengan mudah menyusun rekapitulasi pemasukan dan pengeluaran, menggantikan perhitungan manual dan penggunaan dokumen fisik yang rentan terhadap kesalahan.
