Penyelarasan Proses Bisnis Perusahaan dengan Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning Menggunakan Software Odoo

Abstract. ERP is a system used to manage company resources through integrated application programs. One open-source software with ERP features is Odoo, known for its user-friendly interface and customizable modules that suit specific needs. Adopting Odoo can improve the company's business processes' efficiency and effectiveness. To align the current business processes with proposed ones, the company can utilize the ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology as a supporting method for implementation. The ASAP (Accelerated SAP) methodology is designed to facilitate ERP system implementation. Its stages include project preparation (initial preparation with problem identification), business blueprint (designing current and proposed business processes), realization (configuration with Odoo software), and final preparation (testing with Odoo software). The modules used may include Inventory, Accounting, Website, E-commerce, Live chat, Project, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and Purchase.
Abstrak. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan sistem untuk mengelola sumber daya perusahaan berupa aplikasi program terintegrasi. Salah satu software open source yang mempunyai fitur ERP yaitu Odoo, karena interface nya user friendly dan modul-modul yang digunakan pada Odoo sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dengan menerapkan Odoo pada perusahaan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan proses bisnis menjadi efektif dan efisien. Dalam membantu menyelaraskan proses bisnis saat ini dengan proses bisnis usulan dibutuhkan metode pendukung untuk mengimplementasikannya salah satunya dengan metode ASAP (Accelerated SAP). Metode ASAP (Accelerated SAP) merupakan metode yang dapat membantu dalam mengimplementasikan sistem ERP. Tahapan metode ASAP (Accelerated SAP) yaitu project prepatation (persiapan awal) dengan melakukan identifikasi masalah, business blueprint (cetak biru proses bisnis) dengan melakukan perancangan proses bisnis saat ini dan usulan), Realization (realisasi) melakukan konfigurasi dengan software Odoo), final preparation (persiapan akhir) melakukan pengujian dengan software Odoo). Modul-Modul yang digunakan yaitu modul Inventory, Accounting, Webstie, E-commerce, Live chat, Project, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) dan Purchase.
