Abstract

Abstract. The implementation of bad credit collection in the Reliance Syariah Application is not in accordance with Islamic business ethics in dealing with customers who experience bad loans. This is because the creditor has not been able to maintain the glory and dignity as a Muslim against the debtor. The purpose of this study is to find out how Islamic business ethics is related to the implementation of bad credit collection in the Reliance Syariah application. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data in the form of primary and secondary. The sample in this study were 25 users of the Reliance Syariah application. Data collection techniques using observation and interview methods. The data analysis technique used is interactive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of bad credit collection in the Reliance Syariah application has not been implemented properly. There are still certain parties who charge customers forcibly by terrorizing them continuously and even mocking them. This action is of course not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics in collecting loans from debtors who have bad credit.

Abstrak. Pelaksanaan penagihan kredit macet di Aplikasi Reliance Syariah belum sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam dalam menangani nasabah yang mengalami kredit macet. Hal ini disebabkan karena kreditur belum mampu menjaga kemuliaan dan martabat sebagai seorang muslim terhadap debitur. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana etika bisnis Islam terkait pelaksanaan penagihan kredit macet di aplikasi Reliance Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berupa primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 pengguna aplikasi Reliance Syariah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penagihan kredit macet pada aplikasi Reliance Syariah belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Masih saja terdapat pihak tertentu melakukan penagihan kepada nasabah secara paksa dengan menerornya secara terus menerus bahkan mengejek hingga mengolok-oloknya. Tindakan tersebut tentu saja tidak sesuai dengan prinsip etika bisnis Islam dalam menagih pinjaman terhadap debitur yang mengalami kredit macet.
