Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of fine motor skills through learning to use collage through coffee plants. This type of research is Classroom Action Research, conducted in group A in X Kindergarten with 20 students. Data collection is done through observation of the learning process. The data of this study were analyzed by percentage with qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the results of the study show that learning through collage activities using coffee plants can improve fine motor skills. The increase was seen in the learning outcomes which showed that the success score in the first cycle showed that children who began to develop became 14 children (70%) then in the second cycle the results were 2 (10%) which developed very well and the third cycle reached 12 results (60%) the child is developing very well. Positive changes from pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II and cycle III indicate a change towards improvement. This research has implications for group A teachers that coffee plants can be used as learning media, especially through making collages.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus melalui pembelajaran mengunakan kolase melalui tanaman kopi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, dilakukan kepada kelompok A di TK X dengan jumlah siswa 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran. Data penelitian ini dianalisis secara persentase dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui kegiatan kolase menggunakan tanaman kopi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus. Peningkatan dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan skor keberhasilan pada Siklus I didapatkan hasil anak yang MB menjadi 14 anak (70%) kemudian pada siklus II didapatkan hasil sebanyak 2 (10%) yang BSH dan siklus III mecapai hasil sebanyak 12 (60%) anak yang BSB. Perubahan positif dari pra siklus, siklus I, siklus II dan siklus III menunjukkan adanya perubahan ke arah perbaikan. Penelitian berimplikasi kepada guru kelompok A bahwa tanaman kopi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran khususnya melalui pembuatan kolase.
