Abstract

Abstract. According to the Prophet himself we should apply Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathanah and Istiqomah. This study aims to determine how much the implementation of Islamic Business Ethics that have been applied in the process of buying and selling conducted by buyers, owners, and employees of grocery stores in Pasar swipe Bandung. The method used is quantitative descriptive research using the type of field survey research and the data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires filled by respondents as many as 73 traders, 10 employees and 267 buyers. A Total of 350 respondents were taken by random sampling. The results of this study indicate that traders in the swipe market have implemented Islamic Business Ethics seen from sidiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah and istiqomah. This is confirmed by the opinion of employees that the store owner does not lie to consumers, is always nice to employees, and always gives a salary according to the specified time. Likewise with the opinion of buyers that store owners always prioritize consumer safety, do not cheat in the quality of goods as well as scales, and always say thankyou.

Abstrak. Menurut Rasulullah itu sendiri sebaiknya kita terapkan Shidiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathanah dan Istiqomah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar implementasi etika bisnis Islam yang sudah diterapkan dalam proses jual beli yang dilakukan oleh pembeli, pemilik, dan karyawan toko kelontong di Pasar Babatan Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian survey lapangan dan data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden pedagang sebanyak 73 orang, karyawan 10 orang dan pembeli 267 orang. Total responden sebanyak 350 yang diambil secara random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pedagang di Pasar Babatan sudah melakukan implementasi etika bisnis Islami yang dilihat dari sidiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah dan istiqomah. Hal ini diperkuat oleh pendapat karyawan bahwa pemilik toko tidak membohongi konsumen, selalu bersikap baik pada karyawan, dan selalu memberikan gaji sesuai waktu yang ditentukan. Begitupula dengan pendapat pembeli bahwa pemilik toko selalu memprioritaskan keselamatan konsumen, tidak melakukan tindakan curang dalam kualitas barang juga timbangan, dan selalu mengucapkan terimakasih.
