Abstract

Abstract. This research is based on the amount of competition between clothing lines in the city of Bandung. This study aims to determine the application of value chain analysis and competitive advantage to the clothing line in Bandung, and the effect of applying value chain analysis to competitive advantage on the clothing line in Bandung. The research method used is the verification method with a quantitative approach. This study used primary data collected through questionnaires, and the sample in this study used a non-probability sampling method, namely the convenience sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used simple regression analysis with the help of statistical tools SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that the application of value chain analysis and competitive advantage on the clothing line in the city of Bandung is included in the good criteria. And, the application of value chain analysis has a significant effect on competitive advantage in the clothing line in the city of Bandung.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada banyaknya persaingan antar clothing line yang terdapat di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan analisis rantai nilai dan keunggulan kompetitif pada clothing line di Kota Bandung, dan pengaruh penerapan analisis rantai nilai terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada clothing line di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yaitu teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan alat statistik program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan analisis rantai nilai dan keunggulan kompetitif pada clothing line di Kota Bandung termasuk ke dalam kriteria baik. Dan, Penerapan analisis rantai nilai berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada clothing line di Kota Bandung.
